Smart Gardens & Micro:bit coding - Teacher PD
Learn how Micro:bit coding also supports learning about gardens and farming via our STEM Punks Smart Garden sensor
In this Teacher PD you will learn about Smart Gardens and the 'Internet of Things' (IOT). You will learn how to use Visual Block Coding and code the BBC micro:bit. You will also learn about the relationship between Inputs and Outputs, discover how branching (if else statements) works and then test out the Smart Garden to solve common Agriculture problems.
You have unlimited access to this class for 30 days - across any and all devices you own.

Technology requirements:
For this class you will require a Laptop or Desktop PC, Mac or a Chromebook. You will need access to the Google Chrome Browser. Some tablets such as iPad may work well also.
